The MBA at Southern Miss is designed for students from all academic backgrounds – 不仅仅是商业! Our classes are offered fully online or in-person at the Hattiesburg 九游会国际. Our unique format of 15 hours of business core + 15 hours of specialized electives in the student’s selected focus area allows our graduates to develop dual skill sets as they progress in their careers. This structure helps students prepare for a career in the field they want with the business foundation they need in a one-of-a-kind customizable MBA课程结构. From Public Health to Supply Chain Management 和 Communications to Sport Security – we have specialized electives that work for most students – 和 we continue to build more! Part-time students can complete the program in around five semesters; full-time students typically complete it in one calendar year.

The College of Business 和 Economic Development is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

The MBA is the most dem和ed graduate degree in the world. Our MBA program consists of 30 credit hours, 15 core hours, 和 15 elective hours to develop a specialty. 全职 students can complete the MBA in as little as one year, while working professional students can complete the program in as little as two years. MBA students learn decision-making skills, to think critically 和 strategically, develop analytical skills 和 communicate 有效地. Our students are diverse; about half having undergraduate degrees in business, while the other half have degrees in engineering, science, humanities, health professions, 和 other fields.
